Session Error with Cubecart

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but here goes. It seems that there may be a bug in Cubecart which the developers are trying to get to the bottom of. A customer can place an order, and complete. But then go back a few days later and somehow over write his original order. It seems that the session is not getting cleared down. Is there any config in Apache to help fix this ?

  Hello, There's no standard Apache configuration entry to resolve this type of problem. Any workarounds should come from the Cubecart developers or their support forums. Thank you.
