Error quota e-mail

Good afternoon. I have several e- mail accounts available in my CPanel, but some are showing the bars and percentages of quotas wrong. There are e- mail accounts that are showing 0 % occupancy when they are already 60 % of filled space. How to solve?

  Hello, Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to this system? If not, please report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look. Thank you.

  Hi, Also having this issue. I've also noticed that the mail quota changes update every 4hrs, as to what the warning said on CPanel. I don't remember seeing this before. So we cleared out the emails on one account to accommodate the space. But when we left the account overnight, the quota still reads the same. So nothing has changed overnight, except the fact that we emptied out the email account with not emails on the inbox, trash, and other folders. Could have this happened with the recent updates?

  Could you verify which version of cPanel is installed on your system? Also, check to see if running the following command addresses the issue:
  /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/generate_maildirsize --confirm $username

  Sorry for the late reply. Looks fine now. Although there's another issue that came up with somewhat the same problem. Opening a new ticket.
