Webmail Access
Thanks Michael. That information helped a bit. But now the problem seems to be accessing the webmail from CPanel. All accounts is saying invalid password even when changing the password. Does the quota problem somehow is still affecting this? Also, do you want me to open a different discussion/ticket on the email forum since this is an email issue now?

Hello, I've moved this post into it's own thread. Do you notice any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log or /var/log/maillog when authentication to Webmail fails? Also, is cPhulk Brute force detection enabled, and if so, are any accounts or IP addresses blocked? Thank you. 0 -
I saw 2 accounts blocked beforehand and whitelisted the IP addresses (unless I missed one), and cleared the list thereafter. Still not able to login. If I did miss an IP to whitelist, is there a way to go back to look for that IP? Or probably whitelist the account instead of the IP? 0 -
You can manage cPHulk via: "WHM Home " Security Center " cPHulk Brute Force Protection" The "History Reports" tab will show you failed logins or blocked users/IP addresses. The option is documented at: cPHulk Brute Force Protection - Documentation - cPanel Documentation If you see no account or IP address is blocked and the login still fails, could you let us know the output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log and /var/log/maillog when authentication fails? Thank you. 0 -
Got it to work. Thanks! 0
