Hello, I've moved this post into it's own thread. Do you notice any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log or /var/log/maillog when authentication to Webmail fails? Also, is cPhulk Brute force detection enabled, and if so, are any accounts or IP addresses blocked? Thank you.

I saw 2 accounts blocked beforehand and whitelisted the IP addresses (unless I missed one), and cleared the list thereafter. Still not able to login. If I did miss an IP to whitelist, is there a way to go back to look for that IP? Or probably whitelist the account instead of the IP?

You can manage cPHulk via: "WHM Home " Security Center " cPHulk Brute Force Protection" The "History Reports" tab will show you failed logins or blocked users/IP addresses. The option is documented at: cPHulk Brute Force Protection - Documentation - cPanel Documentation If you see no account or IP address is blocked and the login still fails, could you let us know the output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log and /var/log/maillog when authentication fails? Thank you.
