Web login-password generator-ajax error

Good day, I am trying to login to my company's account. Based on the password I was provided, I am able to login successfully, however because we have not updated our password in over 180 days, I am re-directed to a page to update the password. When I use the password generator, I get an AJAX error. I have also tried creating my own password, and also generating a 12 digit password with a 3rd party app, and still the same. I am using Chrome but I have also tried the same process in a second browser, Ubuntu Browser. I have attached a screen shot of the whole affair. Questions are welcome, and any advice is much appreciated. Many thanks

    Thank you Michael, I thought cPanel is our web hosting provider. Also, I tried ignoring the error message, but it will not let me proceed.
