Warning: BYE Too many invalid IMAP commands

Hi all, Ubuntu 16.04 Squirrelmail In several occasions on sending webmail following warning popup;
ERROR ERROR: IMAP server closed the connection. Server responded:* BYE Too many invalid IMAP commands.
The email was send without problem correctly delivered to recipients. But there is no record of the webmail dispatched on the Send Folder. Whether it is the problem of quota. Can increasing the size of the webmail account solve the problem? Thanks Regards satimis

  Hello, Are you running cPanel? Anyway, account quota can cause the "too many invalid IMAP commands" error.

  Hi Patrick, Thanks for your response. Yes, I suppose the webmail/Squirrelmail is running on cPanel. I'm subscribing Goddady share hosting. The strange thing is that the webmails are delivered correctly to the recipients. The only problem is no mail copies on the "Send Folder". Please advise how to fix the problem. I'm the administrator and can increase the size the webmail account. Thanks Best Regards satimis

  Hello, I recommend reaching out to your web hosting provider for additional assistance. You won't be able to review the mail server logs without root access to the system. Thank you.
