LiveChat in cPanel

Hello, i want to improve my customer service and i want to include in cPanel LiveChat support. Is this possible? If it is how? Thank you.

    Hello Hayk Gingco, To be clear, we cannot use the same username and password to log into both WHM and cPanel and Ensure that you are using the correct URL structure to access WHM. The URL should typically be something like . For example, when we log into WHM, we use credentials like the following: URL: Username: root Password: root password For logging into cPanel: URL: Username: cPanel account username Password: cPanel account password Thanks.

    Hi thank you for the answer, But I can't log in whm. Here is my Shared IP Address: REDACTED But when I redirect to WHM URL. So this is my current user name: x.x.x.x But I can't log in to WHM. To additional I cant send you my password

    If your username isn't "root" you would not have access to WHM.

    Yes, "root" is the user that can log in to WHM. But, unless you own the entire server, you would not have that level of access to the system.

    GAVS Technologies - it seems like you don't have root access to the machine.  The best thing you can do in that situation would be to speak with your hosting provider as outlined in the error message.
