Login issue

Hello, One of my reseller user and all cpanel accounts under him cannot login to their cpanel, the reseller himself is able to login to WHM though. I brought the ownership of one of his cpanel account under 'root' and the cpanel login working for that account, any easy fix to this? Thanks

  Hello, Check to see if the reseller account itself is suspended: "WHM Home " Account Information " List Suspended Accounts" Thank you.

  The account is not in suspended list, his WHM login is working, the issue is only with cpanel login. Thanks

  Hello, Could you let us know of any output in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log and /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when the login attempt fails? Thank you.
