Is the new tmp folder safe?

Hi, Since the last update, php session tmp dir had changed to /var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-phpXX. I have some practices about /tmp (noexec, etc) to keep this folder safefy. Is it safe to use session.save_path in /var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-phpXX? Thank you! Joao
