Create a SpamAssassin Score?

I'm looking to create a spam assassin score when envelope-from contains a particular phrase. We see a ton of spam where 'envelope-from' contains a user followed by our domain. (envelope-from <1axcjz0d87mvwzs6gqqld072xnzldrwdwyufb7-sales=mydomain.co.uk@bf01a.spammermailemail.net>) I'm looking to write a score for this exact phrase '=mydomain.co.uk@' Could anyone help ?

  I went there first, but I can't seem to get anything I tried to work. I suspect my rubbish regex. :-)
