Connecting to WHM via Specific IP Address

hey, i am trying to access whm using a particular ip by xxx.xx.xx.xx:2087 but i am facing a trouble to access it ( having brouble to login) and i am getting error the site cant be reached. but if i try to access it using ssh i can access and also view all the folders . Can you please help me with this issue. Thanks in advance

  Hello, Could you verify if the issue is with authenticating to Web Host Manager, or with accessing a domain name's contents over the IP address? Thank you.
