Home Directory and MySQL space

Hi, Why is it that there's a limit set on the home directory and MySQL? Is this by default, or is there something wrong with this account? Please check attached photo. Please help on how to resolve this issue. Thank you!

  Hello, The bars in the graph represent disk usage figures relative to the largest directory, not the percentage of the account's quota. This is documented at: Disk Usage - Version 66 Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.
