Cannot connect to DNSOnly server

I have not connected in a while, but I cannot connect and get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. I have disabled firewall, restarted the server, but no luck. It does appear to be functioning properly as a slave DNS, getting updates, etc, but I need to be able to connect. Any ideas how I can I troubleshoot this?

  As far as I know, you'd have to use [plain]http://:2087[/plain] The DNS Only service does not include Apache to handle the [plain]http://myserver.com/whm[/plain] -> [plain]http://:2087[/plain] redirection.
