    Hello, I don't see any other reports of customers installing this package on a cPanel server. Note that it's unsupported, so you'd likely want to try installing it on a test system before installing it on a production machine. Thank you.

    Hi, I was looking for something about zsh and I found this topic, since (2017) there hasn't been any more update about it? Is there a better way to see which branch is enabled when using git in the terminal? Example using zsh + ohmyzsh in my local development environment: When accessing the cPanel terminal inside a versioned folder (no information about git):

    @garbintecnologia - this still isn't something that is supported in the product, so I wouldn't have more details on my end.

    You actually can change default shell via editing /var/cpanel/cpanel.config file. You need to add:
    defaultshell=/PATH/TO/YOUR/SHELL
    cPanel internally support changing shell, but I think @cPRex meant that's not officially supported yet (but option in code is for years now).

    I haven't used zsh with cPanel yet, I'll wait for future news. What I would most like is in the terminal to see which branch (git) the folder is located, as in the attached print. Do you know if there is any way to do this without affecting cPanel?
