mail.domain.com ssl error

I have a user with an IOS device which is complaining of an email certificate error. I initially thought it was related to IOS until i opened up "Manage SSL Hosts", and can see a red open padlock against mail.domain.com. The domain in question has a certificate through Comodo, all the others have certs via Cpanel. But i've no idea why or how to fix this. Any clues please.

  It seems when I purchased the SSL, it only includes domain.com and www.domain.com. It doesn't include mail.domain.com, which is additional. For ease, I've enables AutoSSL on this domain.
