What happened to old forum posts?

Came back here after long time and see old forum posts are gone? Also this forum seems to be dead? What is going on?

  cPanel converted the forum over to ZendDesk.  For a post just a little while ago, they just finished importing the posts as far back as  September 2013.  That's as far as they are going to go.

  To all of those techs that worked on importing those old posts, i wanted to say thank you so very much. My old posts have helped me very much with some things i wanted to do and i am thankful that you many of them.    Thank you for all your hard work and understanding :)
