Please let me know that where we can add or edit Public Contact information?

  Hi, I am not seeing a section in WHM to set this; however, it can be set and read via API: WHM API 1 Functions - get_public_contact - Software Development Kit - cPanel Documentation

  What specifically is this information used for? The documentation for this Customization - Version 68 Documentation - cPanel Documentation Appears to leave a lot out. Perhaps I'm just missing something, but there's a lot there that doesn't make any sense to me. "If you own your own account" what account are we talking about here? "If you do not own your own account" again, what account is being referred to here? And who would be accessing an account that they don't own? "The information you provide will be publicly available" Where? "We strongly recommend that server owners provide this contact information, otherwise, customers may discover the hosting provider's contact information." What's a server owner? What's a hosting provider? I assume a hosting provider is typically who the server owner is renting a server from?

  If you own your own account" what account are we talking about here? "If you do not own your own account" again, what account is being referred to here? And who would be accessing an account that they don't own?

  
  The following option is available when assigning reseller privileges to a cPanel user: Make the new reseller own their own account. If it's enabled, the reseller user owns their own cPanel account. If it's not enabled, the reseller user does not own their own cPanel account.

  Right, the server owner is the administrator in control of the VPS or dedicated server. The provider can refer to the company the administrator rents/purchases the cPanel license for their server from. Thank you.
