    I have 3 panels where I can configure the DNS of my domain. The Vultr panel, the WHM panel, and the cPanel. In the WHM panel there are 15 records, in the Vultr panel there are 7 records and in the cPanel panel there is apparently only 1 MX record. Does cPanel consider WHM records or is necessary to enter this same records in the DNS Zone Editor in cPanel? And in the Vultr server panel, do I need to insert the same records as in WHM?

    Hello, Is this domain name using name servers associated with the cPanel server, or with the remote DNS service provider? Thank you.

    Hello, DNS records configured on the cPanel server are not automatically synced to remote DNS providers. You'd need to manually configure all DNS records for the domain name via the remote DNS provider's administrative interface. Thank you.

    Thank you man, the problem has been partially resolved because Hotmail/Outlook remains with the emails going to the spam box. Gmail and Yahoo are ok. See the new tests with the new records added in server panel:
    ========================================================== Summary of Results ========================================================== SPF check: pass DKIM check: pass SpamAssassin check: ham ========================================================== Details: ========================================================== HELO hostname: cp.mydomain.com.br Source IP: 45.77.xxx.xxx mail-from: contact@mydomain.com.br ---------------------------------------------------------- SPF check details: ---------------------------------------------------------- Result: pass ID(s) verified: smtp.mailfrom=contact@mydomain.com.br DNS record(s): mydomain.com.br. 14400 IN TXT "v=spf1 +a +ip4:45.77.xxx.xxx ~all" mydomain.com.br. 14400 IN A 45.77.xxx.xxx ---------------------------------------------------------- DKIM check details: ---------------------------------------------------------- Result: pass (matches From: contato@mydomain.com.br) ID(s) verified: header.d=mydomain.com.br
    How can I fix this problem with Hotmail/Outlook? Thank you.

    @supkillgill - I removed the domain name from your post for security reasons, but if you check your IP address at Email Blacklist Check - IP Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted you'll see you are listed on Barracuda, which is a major blacklist. That would explain why email is not reaching your destination at various providers. You may need to work with your hosting provider to have them help get you removed from that blacklist.
