Disk Usage and Setup Info

Hi, We've been running into disk usage issues among other things. 1. Sometimes usage is on "Other Usage"" which we can't seem to find a way to access and remove. The only solution we have so far is rebooting the server. 2. The usage sometimes falls into email space. We have cleared all emails (as in empty all folders), waited 2hrs tops (as recommended on the server to reflect new usage calculation), but still the usage didn't change at all. Space is still full, yet the emails seems to be getting through fine. But then in the long run, it crops out because it's still full according to the data usage info. 3. We found at least a dozen of account on the server with a setup date (or creation of account) dated 1969-12-31, which coincidentally, some of those accounts have the usage issue stated above. We'd like some help on how to permanently fix this issue please. We have several servers running CPanel and some of them have those usage issues. We can't keep rebooting the server every time this happens. There has got to be a permanent solution for this. Thank you in advance.

    Hello, Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look at an affected server and account to determine why a reboot is required to clear the "Other Usage" cache, and to verify there are no issues with the email disk space usage reports? Thank you.

    Hi Michael, CPanel version we is older. Does not have the "Create Support Ticket" option. WHM 56. Do I just continue with "Submit a Support Request"?
