Email not being delivered if using Email Filter "Deliver to Folder" INBOX
This worked perfectly for years but just stopped working.
How it was set up:
I keep a master copy of all my email on Gmail
So my first Action was to forward to Gmail
My second Action was to "Deliver to Folder" INBOX.
Did the diagnostics.
First Action worked fine,
Second Action just stopped working in the 2nd Dec 2023. NO emails retrievable from the email server anymore.
So I have had to change all my filters to Global Filters to make it work again - this is how it is set up now in Global Filters:

My second Action is to "Deliver to Folder" /specificEmailFolder/INBOX
This works fine.
Obviously someone at Cpanel has changed the default inbox path because in Email Filters it can't "Deliver to Folder" INBOX correctly anymore.
This has had me swearing because I can't log a support issue coz I can't find the "Licenced IP address" or whatever it want despite the useless help on this specific topic that has a terrible rating" . I have wasted enough of my Sunday now.

Hey there! It sounds like you don't have root access to the server, or you would know the licensed IP address as it is the main shared IP of the machine. If you only have access to cPanel and not WHM as the root user, you would need to contact your hosting provider for support and not us.
As far as the email itself, I'm not seeing that anything has changed on the cPanel side of things as there isn't anything email-related recently in our change logs: https://docs.cpanel.net/changelogs/116-change-log/
However, it's possible your host updated the server manually if they don't have automatic updates enabled on the machine, and something did change that we aren't aware of.
Can you confirm that you don't have root access to the machine? If not, it would be best to have yoru host check the mail logs as that would likely confirm what is happening with the mail routing on the machine.
