Support Issue, validation loop on FireFox

I'm not sure where to post this, but I have been in a really irritating validation loop. I try to post on forums, am forced to create a new account as my old forum account doesn't seem to work. Create new account, am able to login to the cpanel site. Try to access support, and get validation request. enter validation information and get this oddly worded success message

And nothing happens. There is no redirect or anything. So I again find the support link, click on it, and end up with the validation request. rinse and repeat.

Anyway, that was a lot of wasted time trying to sort this out.

  Hey there!  Just for fun, have you tried a different browser to see if that gets things working?  If so, I'm happy to make a ticket for you about this issue.
