greetings...

How do I block spam emails that do not have a "From Address" in the report.  The report shows <> as the from address.

  Hey there!  Do you have SpamAssassin enabled on the system?  I would expect an empty "From" field to increase the spam score for the particular email.

  SpamAssassin is enabled.  The missing from address is only in the delivery report.  I can see a from address when the email goes into an account.  And I can create filters.  I want to stop the email from getting that far.  the Filter Incoming Emails by Domain feature does not work with this scenario.

  I think we'd need to see a ticket on this - I wouldn't expect the From address to be missing from *only* the Mail Delivery Reports page if you can see it in other locations.

  What's involved in submitting a ticket?
  
  looks like the From field with <> is originating mostly from Microsoft.  And I can't block IP's because of legitimate emails. screenshot

  they are now bypassing the entries in the Filter Incoming Emails by Domain list

  If your cPanel licensed is purchased directly through us, you can create a ticket through the WHM interface or I can open one for you.  If not, you'll need to speak with your provider.
