Webmail requires password change over and over

    Hey there!  This definitely isn't normal - do you have root access to the server or just access to your one cPanel account?  If you only have cPanel access, you'll have to reach out to your host to have them check this, as there really isn't a logical explanation for that behavior at the user level.

    Finally the problem was that after migration,  for some reason, it was selected the security option. I changed that using a menu in the upper right corner of the screen.
     
    Now I have the problem that I cannot send e-mails. The error is "SMTP Error(). There was a problem connecting to server". How can I solve it? I have just installed cPanel. Maybe something happened with account migration.

    I realized that, even when Postfix is running, the SMTP port is not listening. I see that the problem is not related to cPanel, I think.

    Now, Postfix is listening in port 25, but RoundCube cannot still send e-mails :-(

    cPanel doesn't use Postfix, so if you're seeing an issue with that tool it wouldn't be related to cPanel.
