I had a reseller client explain they cannot access WHM. I assumed it was a password issue, but I decided to check if WHM was accessible. I accessed the customer's account through WHMCS and used one-click login to access WHM. When I access it, I see no left menu, there is no content mid-screen and the search box at the top right does nothing.
I have accessed the client's account through root WHM and they are set up as a reseller and all account settings appear to be correct.
Is there something I am overlooking?
Any pointers are greatly appreciated!
