Hey hey!  Your best option would be a combination of adjusting the siteurl inside WordPress, and a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/ to properly force the https redirection.

We do not use a plugin to set WWW. How to manage using HTACCESS?

I don't believe there is a good way to do that, as the siteurl is controlled by the WordPress code, so .htaccess alone will not be enough to get the redirect working properly.

So, should we redirect WordPress Address (URL) to www or Site Address (URL) or both as we do nto like to break WP Toolkit installation?

Which page rule can be added to work redirection as we are using WP Toolkit?

You're still welcome to manually add .htaccess entries, but a plugin will ensure that all WordPress pages get redirected.  This means you don't have to create a large amount of manual entries for pretty URLs or for the WordPress permalink structure.
