WHM not offering to update?

I'm running cPanel & WHM v116.0.7.  The latest is v116.0.9.  It was released today.  How do I update to it?  Its not offering like it usually does.  I clicked update again, and it did "Upgrade to latest version" and its still on 116.0.7.  What do I have to do to get v...9?

  Hey there!  Your server likely isn't set to the Edge tier, which is a good thing.  0.9 is only available on Edge at this time: http://layer1.cpanel.net/

  So when does the v116.0.9 release become the official RELEASE?  How long usually?

  It varies, but it usually works its way through the tiers within a few weeks.  This was a pretty minor release so I'd expect it to go quickly.
