Emails going into default user account
We have an issue where the emails from cpanel Account B are being sent to the default cpanel account User A.
This could be true for all accounts on this server but only User B is using the default mail system at the moment so hard to test.
No filters have been set on the email accounts.

What do I need to change so that emails go into the correct user accounts?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there! It's hard to say from just the data posted here. I would watch the Exim log (/var/log/exim_mainlog) in real time while sending a message to see what it says and why it is routing the message that way.
You can always create an additional cPanel account to try and send a test email to User A, as you don't need live DNS to send an email.
