I have installed Cpanel and Nginx however webserver is not working

  Hey there!  We're going to need some more specific details before we're able to help with this.

  Whenever there is a problem with the service, the first thing to do is check the error logs on the system.  The Apache log at /etc/apache2/logs/error_log would show something related to that service not running normally.

  Any additional details you have will help us get you pointed in the right direction.
