Good morning, after trying to upgrade to almalinux, I am stuck with the error below and my server is stopped:

  Hey there!  You'd need to check the full error log that is mentioned in /var/logl/leapp/leapp-report.txt for additional details about why the process failed.  If the server is offline, you'll have to contact your host to have them perform additional troubleshooting.

  +1, me too, but in my case the /var/log/leapp/leapp-report.txt is 0 byte.

  cglmicro - do you see any output when running the "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/elevate-cpanel" command?

  cPRex my problem was solved by cPanel support team. The VIRTFS folder were creating a timeout. I had to delete all VIRTFS using this method: https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/accounts/virtfs-jailed-shell/#disable-or-remove-a-jailed-shell-environment
