Your first point of support is the company that provides your cPanel license. They will contact cPanel for escalated support if needed.

cPanel will still provide support to you but it will be slower if not purchase direct.

    Take a look at

    https://intodns.com/netsanambalaj.com

This explains the issue. Correct the items in red and the domain will resolve as expected.

    Hi!

Alternatively you can reach out to one of the companies providing cPanel sysadmin services for help/support - we are one of them :)

Aside from the domain name what differs between the reseller's setup that does work and those that don't? The fact some work on & some don't on the same server suggests the issue is not cPanel but the setup of those not working as hoped. Have the same Reseller privileges been granted? Have the nameservers been setup the same way on the server as the working ones? Have the namservers been registered with their registrars?

    Hi

    1) The server and the DNS zones are the same.

    2) They are under the same reseller.

    3) They use the same name servers.

    4) They use the same IPs

5)) Nameservers of the server are registered with Cloudflare.

Please see the screenshot of DNS zones

    Regards

Have you registered ns1. and ns2. at GoDaddy as registry host records for guventechnology.com?

Name server host records must be set at the registrar of the parent domain (guventechnology.com).

    Hi

Guventechnology.com DNS records are at Cloudflare (though I purchased the domain from GoDaddy). I used Cloudflare DNS to create ns1.guventechnology.com and ns2.guventechnology.com

The A records for ns1 and ns2 at CloudFlare are not enough. You must assign them via GoDaddy to use them as registry host records.

Contact GoDaddy support and tell them you want to assign ns1. and ns2. to their respective IP addresses and use them as registry host records.

Thank you, this suggestion has resolved the problem. I was under the impression creating ns1 and ns2 name server A records in Cloudflare would be enough.

Thank you for your assistance. Now the problem has been resolved.

    Regards

Nice call, Damian!  Yes, although it's a free service, the nameservers themselves must also be "registered" at the registrar level before they will start working on the internet.
