Email Delivery issues
I am running 2 CPanel servers for 2 different domains. we have been able to email each other for a few years now but just recently emails from one stopped being delivered to some of the users of the other. example. Cpanel Omega emails over to everyone at Cpanel Delta. everyone but 3 users on Delta get the email without an issue. The 3 users don't even know an email was sent. on Delta the Spam filter is turned off and there are no global or local filters in place. Can anyone assist in finding out why the few users on Delta cannot receive emails from Omega. I tested from a gmail and a yahoo and thye are delivered without issue.

The email logs on Omega will give some information but the logs on Delta will be the most useful.

Yes, it's always best to start with the logs on the sending machine to see if there are any issues there.

I pulled the logs the outgoing shows everything went fine the incoming doesn't show an attempt to deliver was even made.

I read there is a tool called email tracking but cannot find it on either server. did this feature get removed?

Hello,
If you're not seeing any log data on the receiving server at all, then it's time to have your system administrator use tcpdump to see if it's being blocked. It sounds like it's getting stuck/lost somewhere between the 2 servers.0
