How do I access the whm account that I just bought because I'm still a beginner?

  If you purchased a hosting account with cPanel/WHM, you'd need to contact that provider for support.  This forum is for cPanel, the developers of cPanel/WHM (but they don't actually offer hosting).

  It's correct that we don't offer hosting.  You'd want to contact your host as they would be able to tell you if your plan including hosting, if cPanel is installed already, or if you need to pick the operating system and configure your server.
