delivery (mail) issue

Hi everyone 
I have a problem and I hope I can find some help. One of my customers is complaining that some of his emails are not being delivered.
In the logs, I see the following:

failed to expand headers_add or headers_remove: curly-bracket problem in conditional yes/no parsing: 'yes' part did not start with '{'\n remaining string is ''

Can you please help me to understand and fix the problem?

  Hey there!  Usually this happens due to a customization in Exim, such as adjusting a value or adding a smarthost for mail delivery.  Can you let me know if there is anything inside the /etc/exim.conf.local file?
