Hey there!  I'm not familiar with any option called "Cache Manager" in our interface for Nginx. All of the options we have available are listed here:

I too am searching for the CPanel "Cache Manager".  In my search, I believe that it was a CPanel add-in that was exclusive to Inmotion Hosting, my former webhosting company.  The install package name is 'imh-cpanel-cache-manager'.  Since I have moved webhosts, I no longer have the Cache Manger.

You can however accomplish what you want in 1 of 2 ways:

    1. If the webpage you want to alter the NGINX caching for is on a Wordpress website, then install the Wordpress plugin 'NGINX Helper'.  From within the WP backend you can configure at a very detailed level the NGINX caching behavior.

    OR

    2. If you have Shell access and are familiar with the NGINX .conf and .yml files, you can configure the specific caching behavior for a specific webpage there.  FYI, the Wordpress NGINX Helper plugin does this same thing via a GUI.
