Do you have root access on the server?

You don't have root access to the machine, but there are still some tests you can perform.  Can you access an image directly in the browser if you visit its URL?

No if i try i have this :

    "Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Can you try to disable .htaccess file by renaming the file temporarily? You can do it using File Manager or via FTP. It should be under "/home/remi/public_html/"

You can leave it with the new name so it's not taking affect and you will have it as backup if you notice some issues and then you can always just rename it back as it was. Enjoy.
