Installation failure - E Tried to sync version /etc/cpanel/TIERS.json file but failed
Good day,
I receive the following fatal error when installing on a fresh Ubuntu system, firewalls are open:

Have you already checked the associated document for this error with the suggested mitigation?
In particular
To resolve this issue, move the
/etc/cpsources.conf
file to another location, then run the/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/upcp
script. The system will automatically restore a valid cPanel-supplied version of the/etc/cpsources.conf

I have, /etc/cpsources.conf does not exist.

Can you confirm the Ubuntu version for me so I can do some more testing?
