Old pinned forum topics need some adjustments
Now that the move to zendesk is completed I am noticing a few of pinned help topics that are either unreadable or hard to follow due to incomplete closing of links. All of which due to following the formating of the old forum which had bb code.

Would it be possible to convert these to a more correct layout that is compatible with zendesk?

Sure - I'll poke this a bit later today and get those cleaned up a bit. Did you know there were at least 6 different types of bb code we found when doing the migration? SIX! So that's why some look alright and other look like these.

And yeah the old forum had a weird implementation for sure. It worked but can't have been easy to maintain. Though I wished zendesk had just a little bit smarter BB code implementation of its own.
