Hey there!  Unfortunately there is no perfect spam filtering solution.  Your best option in this case would be to use the details here to train SpamAssassin to identify more spam:

    https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360053149353-How-to-teach-SpamAssassin-to-identify-more-spam

I would start with that and see if you notice an improvement in the spam filtering on the system.

    Hi cPrex,

Thank you for the reply, we are now marking phishing emails as spam, I saw that this was not happening before, I think, and now we are training the SpamAssassin.

Is there a list of keywords or phishing content available with Cpanel? which we can set in Global Filters to avoid spam delivering in the Inbox.

I have a question in my mind, how do other email service providers manage spam filters?

Just wanted to know about it.

I don't have any particular list of keywords that I can provide.

I will say, there are more advanced tools than SpamAssassin, but they come at an additional cost.  There are also other free options like Mailscanner: https://configserver.com/free-cpanel-mailscanner-installer/

    Hi,

The following steps are done to prevent,

Implemented a more stringent SPF policy and introduced a DMARC record with a quarantine policy.

Additionally, it was noted that the CSF firewall on the server was previously disabled.

Need to guidance on one part, as of now we can see that

Allow DKIM verification for incoming messages [?] is "OFF"
By default, Exim verifies syntactically valid signatures in incoming mail, even when Exim is not configured to act on the results of the check. This verification process can degrade your server's performance.

Can we ON this one? Will this reduce phishing emails? Need your help.

    Regards

Turning that on would definitely help as any message that fails the DKIM check would not be delivered.
