Site Quality Monitoring cloudflare block
Hello. Cloudflare is blocking "Site Quality Monitoring" traffic. It is blocked because the option to block bad bots is activated. Does anyone know the IPs from which it connects or the cpanel user agent to add it to the allowed list?
Thanks

Hey there! I reached out to Koality and they provided me with this list of IPs:
https://tools.koalityengine.com/ip.txt
I hope that helps!

Having the same issue (sorta) where I need to whitelist their IPs for a customer that uses WordFence to block almost everywhere but his local market.
The listing above seems to be incomplete as it solved a lot of the problems but I still get 2-3 failure notices per day.
I'm going to try to contact Koality as well but their site doesn't seem to give any direction on how to do that.

Has anyone found a way to contact them for support?
I've registered on their site and can do a password reset successfully but every time I try to login it says my account hasn't been enabled.
I can't find any way to reach out to them...
Cheers,

There does not appear to be any support for this product online.
Is that correct?
Is this forum the only support option for the Site Quality Monitoring service?0 -
You are always welcome to create a ticket with either us, or your host, depending on where your license is purchased.

we are facing the same issue so hope that IP list to whitelist is still valid and hope they will update documentation for it

saffa - as far as I am aware that is still a valid list of IPs.

For what it's worth, I still get occasional failure alerts on the site I've been testing on where we have countries blocked. Given the lack of much support online I don't really recommend it or use it much myself.

Update.
Sadly, I thought this might be a good option to offer clients as well. I tested it for a year on my accounts. It then became apparent that the Site Quality software presents so many false positives that promoting this for clients would be like shooting myself in the foot regarding customer support complaints.
As of December, I removed the option from all of our customer servers. It was simply a total failure in terms of hosting company usage.
It's over. I wish they would remove this feature entirely and stop promoting it in cPanel if it isn't being actively supported by cPanel.0 -
TVCNet Website Hosting and Security Services - were you able to submit a ticket about those issues?

Yes, Did the Cloudflare IP's whitelisting, et al. Made no difference.
Random outage alerts continued to be sent...

Do you have a ticket number you could share?
