Where to get support for Imunify360

This is properly a silly question, but I have a lic for Imunify360m where in the forum should I direct a support question?

    I would guess https://www.imunify360.com/support-portal/ would be the best place - specifically https://forum.cloudlinux.com/forum/imunify360 unless your question has something to do with the cPanel integration.

    OK, strange because I have bought the license here, and if I go to imnunify360.com, I would need to buy a lic to get support.

    If you bought Imunify360 directly from cPanel they should be able to assist you as well I imagine as they do with LiteSpeed too.

    Turns out I can’t issue a ticket, since I bought the cPanel lic at my hosting company, they have to provide support, but I purchased the 360 lic here, and they don’t provide support on things purchased elsewhere (ofc).

    You should still be able to submit a support ticket through the WHM interface.  If that isn't working, please email cs@cpanel.net so we can get the process started.
