Blocking mail by domain does not work?
I have added a domain to WHM's "Filter Incoming Emails by Domain". But mail keeps coming in. Why?? See attachment. I am running WHM/cPanel 116.0.9.

Oh, cmon, who doesn't want some "bake rolls"!!!
Do you see anything odd in the Exim log for this message? Normally when this tool is used you'll get a line that ends with "rejected RCPT <user@address.com>: Sender domain is banned" - but it would be good to know what you see on your side.

This is the log entry from exim and the entire header of the email.

As you can see it does hit my exim server (main.extreme...), and the From is "Cristina Negru Voda <cristina.negru.voda@bb-g.pl>" on line 132 of the headers.txt. Again, why doesn't exim on my cPanel server block this???0 -
That definitely looks like it should be blocked. This is one of those "it should just work" items so we might need to see a ticket on this.

I'll open a ticket I guess.

Post the number here once you've done that so I can follow along!

I'm following along with that now!

Our team was able to find that the sender address was being rewritten in the Exim logs, leading to this issue.
