Hey there! Where exactly in the interface are you trying to configure this? If this is in WHMCS, can you check their error log for more details? It's never a bad idea to check the cPanel error log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log for more information.

I set up the forwarder according to this guide:
https://help.whmcs.com/m/support_tools/l/678239-setting-up-email-piping-with-cpanel
I don't see any error related to the file pipe.php, this is all I see:
Failed to write form data to subprocess: Broken pipe at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Server/Handlers/SubProcess.pm line 313.
But not sure if this is related.

I think it is something related to EXIM, when I send local email from local to local example:
user1@local.com to pipe@local.com - the forwader working but when sending from outside to pipe@local.com that's not working.
Maybe any settings block this?

Unfortunately I'm not finding much related to that error and email on my end. Can you run the following command on the system to see if it detects any issues with the machine?
curl -s https:
//ssp
.cpanel.net
/run
| sh
If there are files with the wrong permissions or ownerships that command should find them and let you know. Please don't post the entire output as a reply - only areas that may be relevant to your issue are necessary.0
