WordPress Toolkit staging with WooCommerce

Hi,

I'll get straight to it.

 

If I host site A, which is a WooCommerce site built with Elementor, on production. I create Site B as a staging "clone" using WordPress Toolkit in cPanel. When we are done with development on "staging" Site B, it's been perhaps 2 months. In which time we have added more products to the production site, there have been more sales etc.

What happens when we copy staging site to production? So all of this data remain consistent with the production site, but also bring in the new database alterations from the development site? Please explain to me how this works in as much helpful detail as possible.

  Hey there!  There is no interaction between the two sites at all, so you'd need to manually add any new products to the staging site before or after moving it into production.
