Backups for some accounts failed to transfer to Google Drive

I've tried submitting a ticket but I can't as it says my cPanel licence is supported by ANS (ans.co.uk) (previously UKFast), however ANS refused to provide a support saying they don't cover backups (despite me paying extra for their support).

The issue I have is that most of the scheduled backups transfer successfully to Google Drive, but some are missing, that's the log, the missing account is "creative":
