Block email level server

hi guys

How can I block a certain email, at the server level, so that no hosting user or corporate emails can receive email from a spam email account?

For example, I have identified a spam source email: spam@hotmail.com, and I want to block this email at the server level, so that none of the corporate emails hosted on the server cannot receive email messages from spam@hotmail.com

  Hey there!  The easiest option would be to use the tools available in SpamAssassin as outlined here:

  Can you try that and see if that works for your situation?
