Hello,
I have a problem on a managed server on OVH.

Have any idea?

Hey there! You can ignore the "entropy is low" warning as that seems to be unique to Solr in modern times:
Do you see any additional information around the time this happened inside the cPanel log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log) that could indicate why it failed?

Hi Joe,
thanks for your help, for now any progress.
The value of entropy_avail is 256

Are you familiar with the warning messages regarding low entropy levels on your managed server through OVH? Despite the Solr for cPanel Dovecot service starting successfully, these warnings suggest potential issues with features like UUIDField or SSL that rely on proper RNG operation. Have you explored methods to increase available entropy, and if so, what steps have you taken to address this concern? Let's collaborate to troubleshoot and resolve this issue effectively.
