Error with only 1 user with domains using forward for all

    Hey there!  If the email address is not local to your server, you should use the cPanel >> Email Routing page to set the domain to the "remote" option, and then the mail will be delivered.

    The 2 domains are locally.  And with the same cpanel account

    cuenta@domain1.com -> cuenta@domain2.com
    It works for all email accounts, except for one email account.

    Do you have root access to the server?  If so, you could check the Exim log (/var/log/exim_mainlog) to see what the actual error is with the delivery on the server side.  If you only have access to your cPanel account, you will likely need to reach out to the hosting provider to have them perform some additional troubleshooting.
