Why technical writers are needed
Hi,
Recently my cpanel sent me this email:
"
The system kernel is at version “5.4.0-170-generic”, but the system is configured to boot version “5.4.0-171-generic”. Reboot the system. If the problem persists, check the GRUB boot configuration.
"
Why being coding style cryptic text??? why is this counted as "problem"???
Why not writing something more human readable like:
"
The kernel of the server's operating system was upgraded from version X to version Y, but in order for the upgrade to be applied - the server need to be rebooted. Please reboot the server as soon as possible.
"
Be friendlier.

Hey hey! That sounds good to me! I've created CPANEL-43834 to see if we can update that wording a bit!
