mysqlcheck on cron ?

do you recommend activating a cron for mysqlcheck on all databases?
If so, how often?
mainly they are wordpress sites....

  Hey there!  No, this isn't something I would expect needs to be done automatically.  This is only used when there is an issue trying to be resolved in the database.
