Dnf update all streams simultaneously

After elevation to el8, "dnf update" only updates the current stream. Where multiple vulnerabilities exist amongst different streams (eg in different installed php modules/versions), is there a way to update all streams without manually switching between them, or optionally using module reset then enable, then dnf update on the selected stream? Thanks

  Hey there!  This seems more like an issue with the OS than with cPanel, but there is some discussion on this issue here:
