No access to any email account
I have a server Running CentOS v7.9.2009 and cpanel version 110.0.22
It has only 10 or 12 domains, from a company.
Since YESTERDAY (Saturday 17/2) all the emails account doesn't have acces via POP/IMAP even webmail.
Doesn't matter the IP from. or what ever
Even, If i do a "local" (I have ssh access) telnet to 127.0.0.1 143
and try:
? LOGIN "email-account" "password" I got:
NO [AUTHENTICATIONFAILED] Authentication failed.
is very strange and I have whole day trying to find where is the problem. I restarted the server, cpHulk is now off...
Any ideas?

Any of the services down under Service Status in WHM? What do you see in /var/log/maillog?

Before answering you, I am having this:
/doveadm auth lookup hxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.com
passdb: hxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.com
user : xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.com
quota : maildir:Mailbox:ns=INBOX.
quota_status_overquota: 552 5.2.2 Mailbox is full / Blocks limit exceeded / Inode limit exceeded
quota2_rule: *:bytes=51200000k
mail : maildir:/home/xxxxxxxx/mail/xxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx
quota_clone_dict: file:/home/xxxxxxxxx/mail/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxx/dovecot-quota

quota_rule2: INBOX.INBOX:ignore

quota_rule: *:bytes=104857600It must be something wrong with quotas. The space assigned to this email (is mine, and I am the administrator also) is big enough and the domain/account also has a lot of free space
If I do: df -i

Well there you go. Can you remove the limit from that email account and try again?

Does the cPanel account itself have sufficient free disk space?
Do you get any errors in /var/log/exim_mainlog ?
0 -
Yes. Or course. 20 GB extra. But all the email accounts are having this issue, in all the domain in the server.
0 -
The issue may not be a problem with disk space, but a problem with Inodes as the error message also indicates "Inode limit exceeded"
What happens when you run this command on the server?
df -i
Do any of the areas show they are out of inodes?
0 -
cPRex he provided that already above fyi.

If your cPanel license is purchased through us you can use the WHM >> Create a Support Ticket interface to contact us. If not, you'll need to talk to your hosting provider.
