Any of the services down under Service Status in WHM? What do you see in /var/log/maillog?

    Thank you for your annwer

Before answering you, I am having this:

    /doveadm auth lookup hxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.com
    passdb: hxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.com
     user      : xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.com
     quota     : maildir:Mailbox:ns=INBOX.
quota_status_overquota: 552 5.2.2 Mailbox is full / Blocks limit exceeded / Inode limit exceeded
     quota2_rule: *:bytes=51200000k
     mail      : maildir:/home/xxxxxxxx/mail/xxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx
     quota_clone_dict: file:/home/xxxxxxxxx/mail/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxx/dovecot-quota
     quota2    : fs:cPanel Account
     quota2_grace: 0
     quota_rule3: INBOX.Trash:ignore
     quota_vsizes: yes
     gid       : 1011
     home      : /home/xxxxxxxxx/mail/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxx
     quota_rule2: INBOX.INBOX:ignore
     uid       : 1009
     quota_rule: *:bytes=104857600

It must be something wrong with quotas. The space assigned to this email (is mine, and I am the administrator also) is big enough and the domain/account also has a lot of free space

    If I do:  df -i

    root@servidor bin]# df -i
Filesystem        Inodes  IUsed     IFree IUse% Mounted on
    devtmpfs         4066727    448   4066279    1% /dev
    tmpfs            4069781      1   4069780    1% /dev/shm
    tmpfs            4069781    884   4068897    1% /run
    tmpfs            4069781     16   4069765    1% /sys/fs/cgroup
    /dev/md2       511868928 249115 511619813    1% /
    /dev/sda1              0      0         0     - /boot/efi
    /dev/md4       288066560 180557 287886003    1% /home
    /dev/loop0        262144     48    262096    1% /tmp
    tmpfs            4069781      1   4069780    1% /run/user/0

    Thank you

Well there you go. Can you remove the limit from that email account and try again?

Does the cPanel account itself have sufficient free disk space?

Do you get any errors in /var/log/exim_mainlog ?

  • hgonzale3

Yes. Or course. 20 GB extra. But all the email accounts are having this issue, in all the domain in the server.

The issue may not be a problem with disk space, but a problem with Inodes as the error message also indicates "Inode limit exceeded"

What happens when you run this command on the server?

    df -i

Do any of the areas show they are out of inodes?
